He was Ramakrishna Paramhamsa's disciple's and was the first Indian monk to sail to the USA in 1893. this is where established the glory of human life which universalized Yoga and spirituality. Ramakrishna Paramhamsa

“I had to practise each religion for a time – Hinduism, Islām, Christianity. Furthermore, I followed the paths of the Śhāktas (worshiper of Shiva), Vaishnavas (Worshiper of Krishna), and Vedāntists (Believer in non-dualism). I realised that there is only one God toward whom all are travelling; but the paths are different”

Swami Sivananda Saraswati

Sivananda Saraswati was a Hindu spiritual teacher and a proponent of Yoga and Vedanta. He was born in Kuppuswami in Pattamadai, in the Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu. He studied medicine and served in British Malaya as a physician for several years before taking up monasticism

Swami Satyananda Saraswati

Discussions on Tantra and Yoga as applied science in the 21st century were well renown by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Sri Anandamayi Ma

Born Nirmala Sundari on the 30th of April 1896, Sri Anandamayi Ma was one of the great Hindu Saints in the 20th century in the part of Bengal, which today is known as Bangladesh. Her name was given to her in 1920 by her devotees, as Anandamayi Ma translates in English to “Joy- permeated”.Even though Sri Anandamayi Ma did not have a Guru or a teacher who could show her the path of spirituality, she held great wisdom and was noticed by all parts of the Indian population.She emphasized the importance of detachment from the materialistic world and from religious devotion. She encouraged her devotees to serve others and, in her lifetime, she influenced many spirituality seekers from all over the world who came to her.Her teaching was based on Vedanta (the ultimate goal of life is self-realization)
